Terms and Conditions for Users of AOBIL Products and Resources
Access is provided to various AOBIL training products and resources on the basis of payment of a fee as nominated on the AOBIL Professional Learning Hub. Upon payment, you will be provided with ongoing unlimited access to the product or resource for as the platform remains active.
You agree that any and all resources on the AOBIL Professional Learning Hub, unless otherwise specifically designated, are the intellectual property of Soarent Vision Pty Ltd or George Lee Sye, and only used by you for personal use. You agree that you will not use, share, reproduce or distribute such resources in any way beyond personal use without the express permission of the IP owner.

Refunds for Products
Please choose carefully when shopping at our online store as refunds of original purchase price less shipping & handling are only given on undamaged or unopened goods returned within 14 days of purchase.
Return damaged products within 14 days to – PO Box 131, Nerang, Qld, Australia 4211, and advise us via email – email@example.com
Refunds for Classroom Training
Refunds will be made as follows with full refunds subject to a 10% administration fee:
- MORE THAN 28 DAYS PRIOR TO AN EVENT – A full refund will be provided when notice of cancellation is provided in writing to AOBIL (to email firstname.lastname@example.org) more than 28 days prior to the scheduled commencement of the event to which it applies
- LESS THAN 28 DAYS PRIOR TO AN EVENT – No refunds will be provided
Refunds are only paid in Australian dollars, and refunded onshore by bank transfer or offshore by telegraphic transfer at the prevailing currency exchange rate
Soarent Vision Pty Ltd is not liable for any variance created by foreign exchange rate fluctuations

Complaints and Appeals
If you have a complaint regarding the service provided or an appeal regarding the assessment conducted, you must submit your complaint and/or appeal in writing to the AOBIL Training Coordinator for review via email@example.com
Transfers and Cancellations
No transfers of training will be made within 14 days of an event’s scheduled commencement date.
AOBIL reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrolments or as a result of circumstances beyond its control. Notification of cancellation of any program will be made as early as practical and includes a full refund.

Access and Equity
AOBIL will attempt to meet any special requirements or needs of the client as deemed appropriate.
Relevant accredited qualifications / statements of attainment issued by other professional bodies or Registered Training Organisations will be recognised accordingly.
Recognition of Prior Learning
If you think that you possess the competencies contained in some or all of the units in any course offered by Soarent Vision, you may make application for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL acknowledges skills, knowledge and experience gained through formal education, working experience (informal training) and life experience.
The AOBIL Buddy app has been designed to help you in the practical application of continuous improvement methodologies and tools, and compliment the body of knowledge contained in the text book – Process Mastery with Lean Six Sigma 2nd Edition. If you need assistance or have feedback that will improve the app, contact the team at Soarent Vision via firstname.lastname@example.org
The AOBIL Buddy App was developed as a portable toolkit and guide to the application of core improvement methods in a workplace environment. It is intended for use by all business improvement practitioners who utilise lean and six sigma methodologies.
This App features a log in function that connects directly to the professional learning hub located at http://www.aobil-plh.com whereby access can be provided to users who have an active account.
When you ‘first log in’ to that learning hub, you are asked to input your user ID and password. Upon successfully logging in, your user dashboard will be visible through this App and you will be able to undertake training.
Your AOBIL professional learning hub User ID and Password is stored in this app and used to ensure ongoing access to your user dashboard after the initial log in.
This App does not retain any information beyond that. This information is not stored outside of this App.
We have developed this App with a reasonable level of skill and care and we trust that you will enjoy using it. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about the service delivered by this App.
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER SOARENT VISION PTY LTD NOR GEORGE LEE SYE MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THIS APP. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE APP, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE APP, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES OF THIS APP “AS IS”.
Terms of Service for the Use of this App
The AOBIL BUDDY App has been developed for use by any and all practitioners of continuous improvement methods.
1. You are granted permission to download and use the App on your mobile device, provided that;
(a) You will not duplicate, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of this App that has been reproduced from ‘Process Mastery with Lean Six Sigma 2nd Edition’ without the express permission of the author.
2. We will use our reasonable endeavours to make the App available to you at all times, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted or fault free service, nor do we guarantee this App will function on non-current device operating systems.
3. We reserve the right to make changes to the App or part thereof from time to time including without limitations, the removal, modification and/or variation of any elements, features and functionalities of the App.
