It’s self-paced, can be undertaken anywhere, and will add to the portfolio of skills you have that help you generate value.
WHO THIS TRAINING IS FOR
Any person who wants any of the following outcomes:
- To bridge from the AOBIL certified green belt level to black belt level
- To be able to effectively analyse data and reduce your risk of a bad decision where expenditure is involved
- Learn how to use SigmaXL or Minitab software
THE LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT LEARNING PATHWAY
The learning pathway is comprised of five major elements – (a) failure mode evaluation and analysis, (b) traditional project management, (c) decision-making risk management tools based on quantitative analysis – statistics, (d) a specific quality analysis tool used for identifying where attention should be directed to improve processes, and (e) the LSS Black Belt certification process.
All training modules are available online. Instructor led (classroom) training can be arranged for the quantitative decision making (QDM) component as an option for in-house delivery.
The flow of the training looks like this.
In order to attain your LSS Black Belt qualification (if you are bridging from LSSGB) you will need to complete the final certification module which requires you to also undertake business improvement project work.
